Election winner, party and leadership markets at exchange prices. Back or lay any outcome; markets settle on the officially declared result.

What is the difference between back and lay?

A back bet is a bet that something will happen, like a normal bookmaker bet. A lay bet is the opposite side: you offer the price and win the backer's stake if the selection loses. Laying holds your liability (stake × (odds − 1)) until the market settles.

When are bets settled?

Automatically, within minutes of the official result. Session and line markets settle as soon as that session is complete; match markets settle after the match. Winnings go straight to your wallet.
