Casino games
Every casino game comes from an established third-party studio through our licensed aggregator. Slot outcomes are produced by the studio's certified random number generator, and the published return-to-player (RTP) is the studio's, not ours — we cannot change the result of a spin.
Live dealer games are streamed in real time from the studios' own facilities with physical cards, wheels and dice.
Sports exchange
Markets are settled on official results confirmed by our data provider, according to the Sports Exchange Rules. What you can lose on a market is shown before you bet and held from your balance until the market settles.
Your money
Every balance change is a double-entry record that cannot be edited afterwards; staff corrections are made as new, visible entries and large ones need a second person to approve. Your history in Account shows every movement.
Questions about a result
Write to support@aurabet.co with the game, time and round or bet reference. We can request the round history from the studio.
