Cricket on the AuraBet exchange

Back or lay every ball of the match: Tests, one-day internationals, T20 leagues and domestic cricket at live exchange prices.

How exchange betting works on cricket

On an exchange you are not limited to backing a team. Back the side you think will win, or lay a team when you think it will not — you take the bookmaker’s side of that bet. Prices move ball by ball as wickets fall and the required rate changes, so many players back a team before the toss and lay it later at a shorter price to lock in a profit whatever the result. Cash-out does exactly that for you with one opposite bet at the live price.

Popular cricket markets

Match odds is the main market: who wins the match, with the draw as a third runner in Tests. Bookmaker markets show the same outcome as a rate (85 means 1.85). Session or “fancy” lines ask whether a number of runs will be reached by a given over — Yes or No at a stated rate — and are settled as soon as that over is complete. In-play, bets are accepted after a short delay and markets are suspended while the ball is being bowled.
