How exchange betting works on volleyball
Volleyball has no draw: a match odds market has two runners. Every rally scores a point, so prices move continuously during a set. Back the team you rate, lay one you think is overpriced, and use cash-out to lock in a result when the price has moved your way.
Before you bet
Liability is your lay stake times the odds minus one, held until the market settles. In-play bets wait a few seconds before they are accepted so everyone sees the same state of the game. Matches settle on the official result.
Sets and momentum
Matches are played as best of five sets, the first four to 25 points and a deciding set to 15. A team that loses the first set is far from beaten, and prices often overreact to a single set. Backing the stronger side after a lost opener, or laying a team that has just won a close set, are common trades.
